wd888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued national identity documents (KTP), passport, or equivalent — at any time. Accounts found to be ineligible will be suspended immediately and any balance subject to review.

Each eligible individual may hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent ban.

When completing the registration form, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document, a valid Indonesian mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before wd888 processes any withdrawal request, your Account must pass full KYC verification. The verification process requires submission of:

• A clear colour copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (KTP, passport, or SIM).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., a bank statement header or e-wallet screenshot confirming your registered name).
• In certain circumstances, a selfie holding your identity document may be requested to confirm live possession.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

In cases where suspension is due to a verified breach by the Member, any outstanding Balance may be forfeited in accordance with Clause 9.

All account activity logged under a Member's credentials — whether or not actually carried out by the Member — is the sole responsibility of the Member, unless wd888 is demonstrably at fault for a security breach on its own infrastructure.

wd888 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following verified payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the wd888 Member Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.1 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit (e-wallet): Rp 10.000

5.2 Processing Times

Deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay are typically credited to your wd888 Balance within 2 minutes of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are credited within 2–10 minutes during standard banking hours. Delays outside these windows should be reported to support immediately with proof of transfer.

5.3 Deposit Restrictions

wd888 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, unauthorized payment instrument use, or any other prohibited conduct. Deposits made for the purpose of exploiting a bonus offer in bad faith may be voided in accordance with Clause 7.

Members may request withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to successful KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and the withdrawal limits in force at the time of request.

6.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

• E-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay): Processed within 2 minutes during operating hours (08:00–23:00 WIB / UTC+7).
• Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): Processed within 2–10 minutes during operating hours.
• Outside operating hours: Withdrawal requests submitted between 23:00 and 08:00 WIB will be queued and processed from 08:00 WIB the following day.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

1. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the wd888 Account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 for all payment methods unless otherwise stated in the cashier.

4. In cases where a deposit was made via a specific payment method, the corresponding withdrawal must, where technically possible, be directed to the same payment method.

6.3 Withdrawal Holds

wd888 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request for a period not exceeding five (5) business days for the purposes of security verification, fraud screening, or compliance review. 7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus Funds and real-money funds are held separately within your Balance. Real-money funds are used first in all wagering activity unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

Each product category on wd888 is governed by product-specific rules available within the relevant game lobby or betting interface. The following general rules apply across all Services:

1. Bet placement is final once confirmed. wd888 does not accept requests to void, cancel, or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system, except where an obvious technical error has occurred on the Platform's side.
2. Nothing in these Terms limits wd888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

wd888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

14.3 Indonesian Members

Members who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is subject to local legal restrictions, and that access to and use of wd888 is the sole responsibility of the Member under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. wd888 makes no warranty that its Services are lawful in any particular Indonesian province or municipality.

wd888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
